Kier london were appointed to carry out Phase 1 of the works which the client awarded the contract to, we submitted our tender and were awarded the package by Kier which we had succesfully carried out. The client had then decided to go in for re tender for Phase 2 of the works which  Morgan Sindall secured, we had also tendered for Phase 2 of the works and the client had insisted to the main contractor to award us with Phase 2 as they were very impressed with our services on Phase1 and thought highly of us as a window contractor, Phase 2 was succesfully completed by us.
