Everglade Windows has recently invested nearly £500,000 in a new Emmegi Quadra top-of-the-range cutting and machining centre for aluminium windows and doors – It’s one of the only three in the UK and makes Everglade the most advanced aluminium fabricator in the region.
The new machine enables orders to be sent straight to the cutting centre which then picks up all the various cutting and machining operations required. It enhances quality and has increased output threefold at the same time as reducing wastage through bar optimisation.
